Pratt& Whitney, Rolls Royce reach 2 repair, service deals.

Oct. 28--Pratt & Whitney said Wednesday it has reached agreements with Rolls Royce aimed at enhancing the repair and services operations of both companies.
Under one deal, Pratt will provide part-repair services to work done in 11 Rolls Royce service centers worldwide on a variety of engines, including the V2500, JT8D and industrial gas turbines.
A second deal is a five-year agreement in which Pratt will repair high-pressure turbine air foils for Rolls' maintenance facility in East Kilbride, Scotland. This contract is valued at $20 million to $25 million over the five-year life of the deal.
