New barge in Paducah, Ky., gets christened with familiar name.

Oct. 30--The Ingram Barge Co. didn't have to go far to find people to give their name to one of its largest towboats.
The M/V Martha Ingram was named for Martha R. Ingram, chairwoman of Ingram Industries Inc., and her 7-year-old granddaughter, Martha H. Ingram, both of Nashville, Tenn. Ingram Industries, based in Nashville, operates Ingram Barge Co., McCracken County's largest employer.
Gov. Ernie Fletcher and city and county officials attended the christening of the towboat Friday at Ingram's Paducah landing.
