Capital City Bank credit card changes hands and rates.

Nov. 3--TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Responding to what is said to be customer demand for a credit card with more benefits, Capital City Bank is rolling out its new enhanced credit card.

But already, one Capital City Bank customer says the card comes with higher interest rates.

Earlier this year, Capital City Bank Group sold its $22.7 million credit card portfolio to Elan Financial Services.

Now when customers use their credit cards, they can rack up rewards such as airline miles or get cash back for purchases.
