EDS' debt rating comes under fire.

Nov. 5--Electronic Data Systems Corp. could face another debt downgrade to junk status if it doesn't file its third-quarter earnings report soon.
Fitch Ratings put Plano-based EDS on negative credit watch Thursday, saying the computer services company should resolve its accounting questions and file a quarterly update as quickly as possible. EDS said it would comply.
"We expect to satisfy Fitch's terms and look forward to being taken off of watch and maintaining our investment grade rating," EDS spokesman Jeff Baum said.
