Nov. 6--RAMALLAH, West Bank -- Yasser Arafat, comatose in a French hospital, could be buried in the Gaza Strip but never in Jerusalem, a senior Israeli official said Friday, staking out Israel's position in a potential dispute over the interment of the ailing Palestinian leader.
