Executive shake-up continues at Carlsbad, Calif., golf equipment firm.

Nov. 9--In a further effort to revamp its ailing business, Callaway Golf announced yesterday the departure of another top executive. Patrice Hutin, the company's president and chief operating officer, resigned, and William C. Baker, the chairman and chief executive, assumed his duties.

Baker has been on the job since August, when Ron Drapeau left the Carlsbad golf equipment company after it reported a $35.9 million quarterly loss amid shrinking sales.
