Horry County, S.C., board raises questions about proposed arena project.

Nov. 9--After months of answering questions about a proposed arena at Coastal Carolina University, developers will have a couple more to answer this week.
The Horry County Board of Education, one of the public groups arena developers must draw to their side, raised several questions about the $49.2 million plan for a 7,000-seat arena.
Board member Bill Graham said he wants to know the investors' potential profits.
"I want to know how much money they're going to make on this kind of thing," he said.
Board member Chris Shannon said he wants to know at what point investors will be bought out. And there were other questions.
