Nov. 8--BT MAY make a 542 million pounds swoop for California-based telecoms service provider Infonet Services, marking a return to the US market three years after it scrapped a joint venture with AT&T.
GRANVILLE BAIRD CAPITAL PARTNERS has backed the 18.5 million pounds merger of recruitment firm Capital Consulting with executive search firm Renoir Christian & Timbers and Business HR Group, a human resources consultant. The new group will also be called Capital Consulting.
EQUITY FINANCE HOUSE SOVGEM will float on Aim later this month. The company, which will be worth 11 million pounds after float, plans to invest in Chinese companies.
