'Buy American' vs. 'buy best' is argued for next Marine One helicopter.

Nov. 10--WASHINGTON -- Throughout the long-running battle over which team will build the next presidential helicopter -- a fight critical to Sikorsky Aircraft -- the question of when and whether the Pentagon should "buy American" has loomed large.

Tuesday, that issue took center stage at a forum held by a libertarian think tank, the Cato Institute, as speakers debated whether it makes sense for the government to limit deals with foreign companies to supply aircraft and other weapons systems to the Pentagon.
