Ford, Chrysler shrug off GM's latest incentive program.

Nov. 11--Move could signal a break in the auto discount battle
With its latest incentive offering, General Motors Corp. may finally lose its crown as the auto industry's discount trend-setter.
The world's largest automaker captured that recognition after it launched its Keep America Rolling incentive program following the 2001 terrorist attacks. Ford Motor Co. and the Chrysler Group quickly followed suit with their own special offers.
Ever since, GM has played leader in an expensive game of one-upmanship.
But Ford and Chrysler said Wednesday that they have no intention of matching GM's new Lock 'n' Roll program, which offers customers a chance...
