Tax refund checks totaling $322,000 go undelivered in Idaho.

Nov. 16--TWIN FALLS, Idaho -- The Internal Revenue Service is looking for 410 Idaho taxpayers -- including more than 70 in Magic Valley -- whose income tax refund checks were returned from the U.S. Postal Service as undeliverable.

The average refund is $785.49; the largest refund waiting to be claimed is over $49,000, the IRS said Monday.

Nationwide, 87,485 taxpayers' income tax refund checks could not be delivered, totaling more than $73 million that can be reissued as soon as taxpayers correct or update their addresses with the IRS.
