Downtown Milwaukee building nears full occupancy after landing 2 more tenants.

Nov. 17--The former Marshall Field's building and its parking structure have landed two more tenants, bringing the downtown Milwaukee development close to full occupancy.
The building, now known as ASQ Center, has leased 11,000 square feet to Zizzo Group Advertising Inc. ASQ Center is bordered by the Milwaukee River, Plankinton Ave., Wisconsin Ave. and Michigan St.
The parking structure, just opposite of the center at the southwest corner of Plankinton Ave. and Michigan St., has leased 9,500 square feet to Irwin Union Bank.
