Disney World workers vote today on contract proposal.

Nov. 18--Thousands of Walt Disney World workers should feel a sense of deja vu today as they vote on a new labor contract.

Disney's latest offer to more than 20,000 Service Trades Council union workers -- a three-year deal covering pay raises, increases in health-care premiums and other benefits -- differs little from the one workers soundly voted down last week.

This time, though, union leaders said Disney has taken a hard line to pressure workers to approve the offer.
