Orlando, Fla.-area resort can claim luxury, location, Disney World proximity.

Nov. 18--It lays claim to luxury, location and Walt Disney World as a neighbor. The new Bonnet Creek Resort that opened last week in Orange County and straddles the Osceola line is owned and operated by Fairfield Resorts, which says it is the largest vacation ownership company in the world.
With the time-share industry booming, the resort is expected to pump roughly $2.5 million into Florida's economy weekly, company officials said.
Construction is scheduled to be completed in early 2009 with 58 acres and 1,100 units occupying the space.
