Couple ventures into new territory with State College, Pa., restaurant.

Nov. 21--STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Harrison Schailey would rather forget that his first restaurant was named The Fisherman's Friend.

"Dumb name," he says of the New Jersey venture, shrugging his shoulders.

He made a different choice when he and his wife Kit Henshaw launched Harrison's Chef Prepared Foods five years ago. Now he's banking that the reputation for quality food that has come to be associated with that name will serve him in his next venture: the opening of Harrison's Wine Country Grill at the Hilton Garden Inn on East College Avenue.
