Nov. 23--VETERANS DRAWN TO ENTREPRENEURSHIP: More than a fifth of U.S. military veterans have bought or started a business or are considering it, according to a new study mandated by the Veterans Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Act of 1999.
The study was prepared for the Office of Advocacy in the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Other findings of the study include:
--Sixty-two percent of new veteran entrepreneurs started their businesses in their homes.
