Election could affect union vote at High Point, N.C., bus factory.

Nov. 29--A group challenging the unionization of the city's Thomas Built Buses facility hopes the reelection of President George W. Bush is a good omen for its case.

On Jan. 18, an administrative law judge will hear arguments concerning a complaint against the process that led to the unionization of the Thomas Built Buses plant in High Point. The hearing was originally set for Dec. 6, but was postponed recently until early next year.
