Printing company Quad/Graphics names new president.

Dec. 1--Printing powerhouse Quad/Graphics Inc. advanced succession in the family business Tuesday with the announcement that J. Joel Quadracci will become president and chief operating officer Jan. 1.
Joel Quadracci will take the presidency from his uncle, Thomas A. Quadracci, who will become chairman Jan. 1 and retain his position as chief executive officer of the Sussex-based company, the world's largest privately held printer. Quad has 12,000 employees and expects sales of $1.9 billion for 2004.
At 35, and with "tremendous ability," Joel Quadracci is experienced enough to take on more responsibility, said Richard A. Burke, who will step aside as chairman...
