Dec. 8--For one day, at least, it looked as if it was business as usual at Acclaim Entertainment: People filing to and from the building, a parking lot full of cars, hundreds walking the office halls.

The difference was that those inside Acclaim's former Glen Cove headquarters yesterday were helping to erase traces of the company's existence, not add to it.
