Libertarian Candidate for Governor Speaks Out on FBI Shooting in Maryland

ANNAPOLIS, Md., March 10 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Libertarian nominee for Governor Spear Lancaster has become the first candidate to speak out in the wake of the shooting of an innocent civilian by an FBI agent last weekend.
