Philadelphia Campuses Work to Protect Civil Liberties

On October 7, hundreds of law student activists from University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, Villanova University and Rutgers Camden and Philadelphia area lawyers will launch "First Monday 2002: Civil Liberties in A New America" -- a national day of education and action to address the erosion of civil liberties since September 11. This First Monday event, a program of the Alliance for Justice, is just one of over 200 campus events taking place across the country on October 7.
