Centre for New Black Leadership Urges Confirmation of Miguel Estrada Based on Qualifications and Merit

WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Phyllis Berry Myers, president and CEO of the Centre for New Black Leadership (CNBL), issued the following statement regarding the Senate's consideration of D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals nominee, Miguel Estrada:
