On Monday, May 26, Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Tracy A. Henke of the Justice Department's Office of Justice Programs will deliver remarks at the Fifth National Weed and Seed Conference in Albuquerque. The conference, Working Together Works, will bring representatives from across the nation to discuss strategies to incorporate community based initiatives in law enforcement, crime prevention and community revitalization in targeted high-crime neighborhoods.
Henke will make an announcement regarding three New Mexico Weed and Seed sites and discuss the importance of developing community capacity and other Justice Department initiatives that complement Weed and Seed strategies. She will be joined by New Mexico's U.S. Attorney David Iglesias...
