The move reunites Gray and Ferrer, formerly partners at Weil Gotshal & Manges, with McKee Nelson partners Edward M.

De Sear and Laurence Isaacson, both of whom joined McKee Nelson from other firms last year. Gray and Ferrer concentrate their practice in the creation and structuring of complex financial products involving derivatives and structured finance techniques.
