DeLay: National Security About Policy, Not Process; House Prepares for 9/11 Commission Implementation Act

WASHINGTON, Oct. 6 /U.S. Newswire/ -- House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-Texas) today said the 9/11 Commission Implementation Act will pass the House of Representatives this week because it enacts the best policies to ensure protection against terror.
