DeLay: National Security About Policy, Not Process; House Prepares for 9/11 Commission Implementation Act

WASHINGTON, Oct. 6 /U.S. Newswire/ -- House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-Texas) today said the 9/11 Commission Implementation Act will pass the House of Representatives this week because it enacts the best policies to ensure protection against terror.
"As we come closer to the debate and the vote on the 9/11 Commission Implementation Act, you can see the Democrats running for cover. They want this debate to be about process.
