American Airlines Again Earns 100 Percent Score on HRC Corporate Equality Index; The Only Airline Earning a Perfect Mark

FORT WORTH, Texas, Oct. 6 /U.S. Newswire/ -- American Airlines, the world's largest carrier, has been honored again by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) with the highest ranking possible in its 2004 Corporate Equality Index. For the third year in a row, American has received a top score of 100 percent, the only carrier in the U.S. to achieve this distinction.
"American Airlines has long been recognized as an industry leader," said Daryl Herrschaft, HRC spokesperson.
