Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans Highlight Advances in Personal Health Records

WASHINGTON, May 1 /U.S. Newswire/ -- At a briefing today on Capitol Hill, three Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans offered their experiences with personal health records (PHRs) in practice.
