Draper Fisher Jurvetson to Hold First East Coast Student Business Plan Competition, Hosted by Columbia Business School

NEW YORK, May 16 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The venture capital firms Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Draper Triangle and DFJ Gotham Ventures will hold the first ever DFJ East Coast Venture Challenge on May 21, 2007. Columbia Business School will host the event. Student entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to compete for a prize of $250,000 in venture financing and free office space for up to six months. The competition will take place in Lerner Hall on the Columbia University campus in New York City from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
