WASHINGTON, May 23 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Enforcement actions by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the most recent five full fiscal years of the Bush Administration have fallen on four out of five key fronts compared to the last five years of the EPA under the Clinton Administration, according to new data released today by the nonprofit Environmental Integrity Project (EIP).
