WASHINGTON, May 8 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Department of Justice, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Hawaii Attorney General's Office, and the Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) have reached an interim agreement with the City and County of Honolulu (CCH) that will correct the most significant problems in Honolulu's wastewater collection system.
