DALLAS, June 25 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The American Heart Association's new national officers will begin their 2007-08 terms on July 1. They were elected to their positions at the association's Annual Meeting held April 21 and 22 in Washington, D.C.
Gary Ellis, senior vice president and chief financial officer of Medtronic, a medical technology company based in Minneapolis, Minn., is national chairman.
