Additional Grant Recipients to Be Selected in Early 2008
HARRISBURG, Pa., Aug. 22 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Education Secretary Gerald L. Zahorchak today announced that Westmoreland County Community College will be the first institution to receive a grant through the states newly established Technical College Program.
WCCC will receive a $379,980 grant, which includes $199,980 for equipment and $180,000 for faculty and other operating costs, to set up an electrical and electronic engineering technician program in Fayette County this fall.
