NASS Medallion Award Recognizes Pioneers of e-Notarization
HARRISBURG, Pa., Sept. 17 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Secretary of the Commonwealth Pedro A. Cortes today presented the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) Medallion Award to four recorders of deeds at a special ceremony at the state Capitol.
