WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The grassroots effort of Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), with a membership over half-a-million small business owners, was victorious in gaining passage from both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives to extend the Internet Tax Moratorium for another seven years. The current moratorium was set to expire this Thursday, Nov. 1.
