WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Venture capitalists invested $7.1 billion in 887 deals in the third quarter of 2007 according to the MoneyTree(TM) Report from PricewaterhouseCoopers and the National Venture Capital Association based on data provided by Thomson Financial.
