WASHINGTON, Nov. 27 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- In a wide-ranging session with reporters today, Commissioner Suedeen Kelly of the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) endorsed commission oversight of gas markets and renewable energy standards.
