(NYSE: FRP) today announced it has reached an agreement (stipulation) with the Vermont Department of Public Service (Department) regarding its proposed acquisition of Verizon's wireline operations in Vermont. The stipulation incorporates key features of the previously approved amended stipulation agreement in Maine, as well as other conditions.
