CBO Credits Performance Measurement and Technology

WASHINGTON, Jan. 9 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The health care system of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) received a highly favorable review in an interim report recently published by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO).
