TROY, Mich., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The U.S. Department of Labor has sued Fifth Third Bank, an Ohio corporation and advisor to the Operating Engineers Local 324 Pension Fund in Troy, Mich., to recover plan losses suffered when the defendants mismanaged the sale of property owned by the fund.
