What: The artist, who designed the newly issued Year of the Rat
postage stamp, is joining local students, Chinatown community
leaders, and Postal Service officials for a gala Lunar New
Year celebration. The event includes ethnic dance
performances, songs, story telling, and music. The ceremony
will conclude with a special dedication for the new 41-cent
Year of the Rat commemorative stamp.
