MINNEAPOLIS, April 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --Appliance Recycling Centers of America, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARCI) today announced that it will open a 27,900-square-foot ApplianceSmart Factory Outlet in Cumming, Georgia, in August 2009 to serve the northeast suburbs of the Atlanta metropolitan area.
