CARNEGIE, Pa., June 23 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ --Immediately after last week's storms hit, Salvation Army staff and volunteers have been onsite rendering comfort services and financial assistance to disaster victims. While the primary areas of concentration are Allegheny and Westmoreland counties, families are being helped in many communities across The Salvation Army's 28-county Western Pennsylvania Division.
Assistance offered is for individuals who suffer physical damage or loss due to the flood waters only. Assistance provided will be for food, clothing, cleaning...
