Deutsche hires Dhown to head institutional debt sales.

Deutsche Bank has hired Raj Dhown as head of fixed income, cash and derivatives marketing for the UK, Scandinavia, Holland and Ireland.Dhown, who joins Deutsche Bank in London from JP Morgan, will be responsible for fixed income, cash and derivative sales to institutional clients within those regions. He will report to Rod Prat, co-head of institutional sales and the financial institutions group.

Dhown previously headed the financial institutions group for the UK at JP Morgan, where he managed and marketed structured interest rate and credit derivatives to financial institutions in the UK, Ireland, Holland and Scandinavia, as well as European supranationals.
