Manduca builds Titanium hedge fund team.

Philip Manduca, former head of alternative investments at Morley Fund Management, is on a hiring spree at Titanium Capital, his recently launched hedge fund.Titanium focuses on absolute return hedge fund strategies which aim to achieve performance that is uncorrelated with traditional asset classes.

Manduca, who is managing director and founder of Titanium, has appointed Orarin Eiamamornpan as senior client and marketing manager.

Before joining Titanium, Eiamamornpan worked at Merrill Lynch Private Banking in London.

Titanium has also hired Din Bhumgara as chief operations officer. Bhumgara was previously at Zurich Scudder Investments, which became part of Deutsche Asset Management (DeAM). More senior...
