Orbitz sets IPO price range.

Orbitz, the online travel service, on Wednesday set the price range for its initial public offering at $22-$24 a share, which would raise up to $303.6m ([euro]254m).Under the IPO, Orbitz will offer 4m class A common shares and raise about $92m, while the stockholders will sell 7m shares and raise about $168m. An additional 1.6 million shares will be made available to the underwriters should they sell more than the 11 million initial allocation.

Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse First Boston, Legg Mason Wood Walker and Thomas Weisel Partners are the underwriters for the offering.
