Business Times (Malaysia) 08-16-2000 THE Internet is radically altering business models in most sectors and the software industry is no exception. Traditional software delivery methods are being augmented by Internet-enabled delivery. Application service providers, or ASPs, enable end-users to access software applications over a network, via dial-up or leased line, usually through a Web browser.
