Business Times (Malaysia) 09-20-2001 FAILURE to retain the right people in the company, especially those at middle management level, may cost employers income and productivity loss, says a human resource consultant. Hewitt Associates (M) Sdn Bhd country manager Alan Parker said companies' costs will increase when they have to go to recruitment companies to find replacement for key people.
