`LSG Sky yet to make commitment', BUSINESS TIMES

Business Times (Malaysia) 01-10-2002 LSG Sky Chefs has yet to make a firm commitment to acquire a stake in MAS Catering Sdn Bhd, a company executive says. LSG Sky, which is owned by Deutsche Lufthansa AG - Europe's second- largest airline company after British Airways, is also the world's leading airline catering company with a consolidated group revenue of 1.1 billion euros (1 euro = RM3.42).
On Tuesday, wire news agency AFX-Asia reported that "LSG Sky said that it will not take a 70 per cent stake in MAS Catering and is not even holding talks on taking a stake".
