Epson aims for RM3m in sales from latest launch, BUSINESS TIMES

Business Times (Malaysia) 08-02-2002 EPSON expects to generate sales of RM3 million from its latest Stylus C41 inkjet printer and Perfection 660 scanner jointly launched in the Malaysian market yesterday. The company targets to sell 60,000 units of Stylus C41 and 5,000 units of Perfection 660 between now and year-end, Epson Trading (M) Sdn Bhd managing director Chin Chee Wing said.

"We are confident that Stylus C41 will boost our current market share of 21 per cent in the local inkjet printer market. "At the same time, we are hopeful that Perfection 660 will help us achieve our target of 15 per cent in the scanners' market," he said at the launching of the Stylus C41 inkjet printer and Perfection 660 scanner in Kuala Lumpur.
