BSA proposes to acquire industrial land in Rawang, BUSINESS TIMES

Business Times (Malaysia) 10-23-2002 BSA International Bhd has proposed to acquire a piece of freehold industrial land measuring 0.8ha, with a factory and an office block built on it, from Syarikat Perusahaan Plastik Ban Tong Sdn Bhd for RM3.7 million cash. The company said that a sale and purchase agreement for the land was entered into between its wholly-owned subsidiary BSA Manufacturing Sdn Bhd and Syarikat Perusahaan Plastik Ban Tong, which is currently in receivership and provisional liquidation.
The properties, which have a total land area of 87,123 sq ft, are located behind the existing BSA Manufacturing factory in Rawang, Selangor. In a statement to the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange yesterday, BSA International said the acquisition is to...
